Who should attend? New to Rivers or a new believer? If so, this course is a great place to start.
What it’s all about? Getting Started will help you gain a basic understanding of Christianity and learn to stand in God. Building a strong foundation from the beginning is vital for a successful walk with God. This course will also cover basic principles and help integrate you into the life of Rivers Church.
Duration: 1 week on Wednesday night

Who should attend? Partnership is a core value at Rivers Church, and as such anyone who would like to consider joining the church as a member needs to complete this course. It is also highly recommended for those volunteering, considering volunteering and those interested in full time ministry.
What It’s All About? The Partnership Course will go in depth into our vision, values and culture, and share more about the journey of Rivers Church and the exciting future ahead of us.
Duration: 3 weeks on Wednesday nights
Cost: R150 per person
Who should attend? Dating couples who are preparing for marriage and married couples.
What It’s All About? The Premarital course will help you build a strong, Christian marriage based on biblical values and principles. It will also help you to communicate better with each other and understand the role of a husband and wife.

Who should attend? Anyone who would like to gain an accurate and balanced understanding of who the Holy Spirit is and what He does as part of the Godhead.
What It’s All About? The Holy Spirit Course is an introduction to the third Person of the Godhead: who He is, His attributes, and how He expresses Himself to us. This course will break down misconceptions about the Holy Spirit and will help you to develop an intimate relationship with Him.
