Conference Times
The conference officially starts at 18h30 on Tuesday, 15 September 2026. Check-in opens from 16h00
You’re welcome to arrive from then and get settled before we begin.
Parking
If you’re attending conference 1, you can park at the Sandton Campus.
Conference 2 17-19 September
Conference Times
The conference officially starts at 18h30 on Thursday, 17 September 2026. Check-in opens from 16h00 You’re welcome to arrive from then and get settled before we begin.
Parking
If your registration number is below 1700, you have onsite parking at the Sandton Campus.
If your registration number is higher than 1700, please use the Park & Ride facility at Sandown High School.
The entrance to the Park & Ride is off Rivonia Road — just look out for the Rivers Church signs, which will guide you to the right place.
If you’re able to, you’re also welcome to get a lift with someone who already has onsite parking.
Park & Ride Shuttles
Shuttles will run between Sandown High School and Rivers Church throughout the conference:
Thursday: 15h45 until the conference starts, and again from Rivers Church until 21h30
Friday: 08h15 until the conference starts, and again from Rivers Church until 16h30
Saturday: 07h30 until the conference starts, and again from Rivers Church until 15h00
Please plan your arrival around these shuttle times to make sure you have plenty of time to get to the venue.
One Important Note
Please do not leave your vehicle overnight at Sandown High School. You’ll need to collect your vehicle at the end of each day.
